Shrader writes from his own experience, and his is a remarkable record of service to the nation in a time when the nation almost tore itself apart over the war. Excellent book for starting and developing any career. My daughter (7) struggles with forming her letters in manuscript. I wish the published would have been more clear on what's included as I now have two virtually identical books and my daughter is bored with tracing letters.. Chris Strader SC.
