During World War II, the U.S. Army Finance Department disbursed approximately $176 billion. To fulfill that task Finance had to coordinate activities with foreign governments as well as other branches of the U.S. government and military branches. The department’s first priority was paying the troops, but payments to contractors, vendors, and native laborers were also important.War caught the Finance Department unprepared. Its procedures, designed for a stationary organization in peacetime, were applied without adaptation to a highly mobile wartime operation. A routine assignment such as paying troops became immensely difficult with troops scattered over large areas. I can tell you after seeing him live several times (and playing most of his lines myself) he does not play everything in the first position using open strings. He is under fire on the ground (and in the air beforehand) but this is not delivered in a gripping or minutely detailed way. This book is loads of both.

By and large, the thumbnails are large enough to be useful but a few may be somewhat unclear to those not already familiar with the species. Not only this, but it gives some sample locations to use in your games, and methods for mortals (and vampires, etc) to cross INTO the Shadow, and the dangers of doing so.
