It has missed the fifth star because it does not include the solutions to the excercises at the end of each chapter, which would have been very helpful.

Edit, 23rd May 2104: Please read the author's justification for his not having included the answers to the exercises in the book. Together they find a rhyme as old as time. The depth of Schneider’s relationship with the people of Villar and Botolan is clearly shown in his chapters describing his ultimate departure “I’ll Be Missing You” and “Botolan Family.” My eyes misted over when I read these short descriptions. It is presented in a clearly organized two-column format, and is easy to understand.. This product did not come with what was promised.. I can't wait for volume 3.. Many of them have been nothing more than poorly written scenes of blood and gore strung together by tenuous plotlines and cardboard thin characters. Distance is interpreted in terms of coordinates.
