The book is ABRIDGED even though AMAZON INCORRECTLY LISTS IT IN THE TITLE AS UNABRIDGE. And there is a nice key at the beginning of the book. If you're looking to freshen up a stale fitness routine, this book is for you. He sees his neighbor, but in a different light. Philip is his son.
There is a lot about the training of an airborne trooper. The description is direct. I really liked Tait; he is written so well as the hero. Rest of the book (Pg 23 to pg 98) Covers aftermarket heads. So perhaps that ailment should have gotten more attention. As Mr. the drinking I do during the day and the evening---that, for me, is essential.
