I didn't know much about wall ball until I started CrossFit last year. There is a bit of overlap, but overall it is well worth having both. It is the techniques he is teaching and I find them very useful in my California plein air class.. It was exactly what my daughter needed for one of her interior design classes at Ball State. Today, employees don't rush the corner office, but they will jump ship, leaving the organization adrift with insufficient talent to be effective. But if you're looking for step by step information or much needed screen shots of the product, then there's not much in this one. The examples included in the book (particularly in "High costs of low quality data") are instructive, and show how someone saturated with thinking about quality (like Larry English), views such simple things as getting a fax at a hotel. It outlines case history and what you need to look and be a professional on the stand. Didn't fit my needs well.. For those interested in Cold War history
