After reading this book, I am now confident that I am equipped with the knowledge regarding real estate. This book was very easy to read. Stick with them.. I can't recommend this book because it has no table of contents!!! How does one navigate around this e-book on a mobile device like an iPad?. Jackson and Sharpton, among others, have done their people no favors either. I tried using it while I cooked but found I ended up just mindlessly repeating what the speaker was saying without thinking about the words being woven together. I'm sure it will help others however. It has some good tips, but more importantly, helps you ask the question: exactly how is this going to effect my self-image?
