Ki Beom Kim gained his D.D.S. and M.S.D. from Dankook University, South Korea and subsequently was awarded a PhD for work on orofacial pain at the same university. In 2005 he joined the Orthodontic Residency Program at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn., and subsequently became Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at Saint Louis University. In 2011 he was appointed Associate Professor, Clinic Director, and Interim Program Director in the Department of Orthodontics at Nova Southeastern University, and he is currently Associate Professor at the Center for Advanced Dental Education, Saint Louis University. Dr. Kim is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a member of various professional bodies in the United States and South Korea. He publishes regularly in peer-reviewed journals and has given many scientific presentations at international meetings.
The web site goes viral, and it's chillingly lethal. I chose this book because I was looking for a "thriller" with a female heroine. In short, while his attempts to be non-partisan are laudable, I don't think its as easy to take politics out of taxation. These fine photographs are more about Objective then Subjective, and in that stance they flow in this beautiful portfolio with an elegant sophistication. Democracy is not on the anti-Israel Palestinian agenda. It features leatherette covers, which are soft and very well made. All sorts of elements of the West are here: gorgeous landscapes (Karl Bodmer's "Junction of the Yellowstone and the Missouri," several pieces of Thomas Moran and Albert Bierstadt), Indians (from Oscar Birninghaus's "Peace and Plenty" and "Too Old for the Rabbit Hunt" to Charles Wimra's "Buffalo Hunt" an
